If it seems as if Topps repeated photos of every other player who had been in previous sets, it's because it did. The Hodges is one of several repeats. Check out the Randy Hundley from 1966, 1968 and 1969. Yup, same shot all three years. Did Topps just not hire any photogs those years and make do with what they had? It would explain 1970's set, where nearly every card was shot either at Skankee Stadium or Shea.
